Scandinavian Retreat

This former teenage bedroom with attached half bath was transformed into a cozy sitting room and occasional guest room. Buttery walls backdrop the homeowner’s treasured Swedish prints.  A Marimekko print duvet and custom draperies along with painted Old World style furniture round out the Scandinavian inspiration.  The theme is carried through the half bath with a farmhouse style pedestal sink and ceramic tile that mimics wide planked wood.
