This is a designer who not only does beautiful, no-nonsense, affordable work, but who tackles all problems with determination and conscientiousness. Another thing I really appreciated was her focus on efficient scheduling and keeping household disruption to a minimum. Her personal attention to detail and thinking through every step of the job in advance gives the client a secure feeling that unexpected 'surprises' will be limited only to things that could not have been seen at the outset. Finally, Ms. Billington's professional and amiable personality makes her someone who you not only trust but simply enjoy having in your home.
